Six industries.
One measurement principle.
Wherever moisture is process-critical and density varies — the 2-PMR method works.
Wood-based panels
Moisture determines bonding, press pressure, final weight and dimensional stability. Too high → delamination and drying defects. Too low → strength loss. We measure exactly where it matters.
Solid wood
In glued laminated timber and cross beams, wood moisture directly determines bonding and dimensional stability. We measure before bonding and after drying endpoints.
Biofuels
Pellet and briquette lines need precise moisture at the conditioner — otherwise pellets crumble or the mill clogs. For wood chips, residual moisture determines calorific value.
Animal feed
In the conditioner, moisture must precisely match the pellet mill — too dry, pellets crumble. Too wet, the mill clogs. We measure inline for stable pellet quality.
Food
Powders, granules, bulk goods — in food lines, every position after the dryer counts. We measure inline, non-contact, HACCP-compliant.
Chemical industry
Powders, granules, pastes — often in ATEX zones. We provide the EX variant for zone 21/22 with full PTB traceability.
Three data points, one proposal.
Regardless of industry: we only need three pieces of information to make a first sensor recommendation.
1 · Material
What are you measuring?
Bulk goods · web · granules · powders. Material class and particle size.
2 · Temperature
How hot?
Standard sensor up to 100 °C · XT variant up to 140 °C · custom for higher.
3 · Position
Where in the line?
Conveyor · bypass · pneumatic line · bulk discharge. ATEX zone if relevant.
